"Elvis Rocks Mesquite" Contest Frank is traveling to Mesquite, Nevada for the 2nd year to compete for the Elvis Rocks Mesquite title. UPDATE: Frank took Peoples Choice Award, Second year in a row & placed 3rd in the overall competition. Great honor. Frank's fans and family are very proud of him and his accomplishments.
